NAIOP 和 安博中国 Inclusion in CRE Scholarship

For Women 和 Underrepresented Professionals

NAIOP 和 安博中国 are partnering to provide scholarships for rising CRE professionals, helping prepare a pipeline of women 和 minorities for careers in development 和 operations.

Women or other underrepresented minorities who are demonstrating leadership 和 responsibility in the CRE profession are invited to apply for this program that will advance your industry knowledge 和 connect you with leaders across North America.

Applications for the scholarship are accepted online. The deadline to apply is Jan. 28, 2022.

Recipients will receive:

• NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development, at the completion of four 16-hour courses: two required core courses, Essentials of the Development Process 和 Advanced Development Practices, 和 two elective courses to be chosen from the other eight courses in the Center for Education curriculum.
• Complimentary registration 和 a travel stipend for the 2022 I.反对会议, NAIOP’s premier industrial real estate event. Scholarship recipients will be recognized during the event.

Requirements for application:

• Minimum 5 years experience 和 current employment in the real estate industry, including development, 体系结构, 规划, 政府, 运输, 工程, 金融, 可持续性, 和非营利组织.
• Women or other underrepresented minority.
